Beggar | Concept by ToBey
For the piece “Beggar,” I translated the original 2D artist’s stylized character design into a fully realized 3D asset while preserving the shape language and personality of the concept. The model was built with optimized topology and carefully organized UV layouts to ensure efficient real-time performance for game engines. I also developed hand-painted, stylized PBR materials to enhance the character’s visual readability and aesthetic appeal, emphasizing color variation, surface detail, and material definition while maintaining the artistic style of the original concept.
